The Work consists of replacement of the existing air handling unit (AHU) on the roof of the Fleet Shop, including disconnecting and removal of the existing AHU to accommodate the new AHU installation. Bids should include, but are not limited to: • Disconnecting and removing existing (1) operational rooftop unit • Reclaim refrigerant • Furnish and install (1) 10T rooftop unit • 4000cfm as appropriate for project • Mechanical cooling • Gas heating • Standard fresh air intake • Curb adapter • Gas piping to connect new rooftop unit • Low voltage controls, wiring and installation • RTU on standard 7-day programmable thermostat with occupied/unoccupied mode • (1) EF interlocked to existing MAU, (1) EF will be on motor starter with Hand-Off-Auto, to be used when additional ventilation is required • Wire new unit to work in tandem or single with existing unit • Line voltage wiring from panel to the new RTU and exhaust fan • Start up and testing • Include in price all crane rental fees and permit fees • Include in price one year of maintenance
