The Department of Corrections (DOC) on behalf of the Bureau of Correctional Enterprises(BCE) requests Bids for the feed and feed supplements for Dairy Cattle for the State Farms located in Fox Lake, Oregon, and Waupun. The purpose of this bid is to solicit prices for feed and feed supplements for Dairy Cattle. DOC intends that this contract may include awards to multiple vendors, ensuring that the feed and feed supplements are available at all locations. Attachment A - Price Sheet indicates estimated minimum and maximum semiannual usage quantities anticipated to be purchased by BCE Correctional Farms. The DOC does not guarantee it will purchase any specific quantity or dollar amount. Bids that require a minimum number to be ordered may be rejected. Other State agencies may use the resulting contracts, if agreeable to both the DOC and the Contractor, to obtain the benefits of volume purchases and/or reduction in administrative expenses.
