Provide project management and coordination with a City of Madison staff team (to include Transportation, Traffic Engineering, Engineering, Metro Transit, Parking, Planning, Forestry, Parks, Fire Department, and Street Operations) and other stakeholders, including WisDOT. The selected consultant team should expect to work with numerous partner agencies and community organizations. Upon notice to proceed, the consultant shall schedule a kickoff meeting (can be virtual) with City of Madison staff to discuss goals, expectations, and the role of the consultant team. Following this meeting, the consultant shall develop a refined project scope and schedule (workplan) with input from City of Madison staff. The consultant shall determine and detail the project timeframe and major deliverables. Regular meetings shall be scheduled between the City of Madison project manager and the consultant to ensure regular coordination throughout the project duration. The consultant shall be responsible for scheduling meetings, developing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes. The consultant shall internally manage project progress, schedules, and budget. The consultant shall submit quarterly invoices and progress reports to City of Madison staff. The consultant shall maintain any ongoing documentation needed to satisfy the reporting requirements of the Safe Streets for All grant.
