Additionally, it includes water main, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, placement of base course, asphalt paving, new curb and gutter, new concrete driveway aprons, and spot replacement of concrete sidewalk and driveway tie-ins on Mulberry Street between Grant Street and Maas Street. Finally, it includes full-width mill and overlay of East Prospect Street between Maas Street and Prairie Avenue and of Maas-Short Street between East Prospect Street and Prairie Avenue.
