Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Applicant has networking at all buildings connected by a Wide Area Network. Extreme Wireless Access Points (APs) are present in almost every classroom and meeting room. The Applicant also utilizes Extreme Network Access Control (NAC). Current APs are near the end of life or are lacking modern protocols. Applicant is requesting AP units and components to replace the current models installed. Proposals costs must include the following: ● Installation of the equipment requested in attached [Attachment H-Installation Requirement Document]. ○ Configuration of controller to match current WiFi settings. ○ Respondent must specify if the responder or a subcontractor will be performing the installation of equipment as requested in Attachment H. Note, the Applicant will receive and inventory the APs. APs will join the Applicant’s wireless network automatically upon connecting to the network. ○ All fiber and ethernet runs as well as AP mounting are to be done in accordance with local code. ● The inclusion of at least a 5-year license on all equipment. ● The inclusion of a 5-year hardware replacement warranty, minimum. ● Freight, shipping, handling, and other associated costs.
