• Confirm UWO has removed goals and miscellaneous equipment from under dome. • Locate storage materials (boxes, crates, palettes, plywood, etc.) • Locate threaded inserts to be installed in grade beam and concrete structure once air supported structure is deflated and removed. • Uninstall emergency exit signs and exterior exit lighting. Be sure that all units, parts & pieces are clearly labelled for re-installation in fall. DAY 1 AND 2 • Open all quasi boxes • Remove lights and netting - place into storage boxes. • Remove fire alarm systems including strobes, horns and fire extinguishers • Transport and store all lights, fire alarm system including fire extinguishers, netting, etc. onto storage shelves in vehicle access bay. • Re-install all quasi box covers after ensuring installation of watertight ends on electrical connections. DAY 3/4/5 • Disengage Metasys for dome. Physical structure connections to remain active. • Turn-off Simplex alarms and reset system to physical structure only. • Open the storm water valve for the field to allow for the field to drain. • Deflate the dome taking extra care to not damage the weather station equipment located at the air handling units. • Disconnect emergency exit doors from dome fabric. • Disconnect tunnel fabric from dome fabric. • Disconnect tunnel fabric from concrete structure and physical building connection plate. Lower fabric to ground. • Disconnect dome fabric from air handling units, once again be careful not to damage weather detection equipment. • Remove mechanical plates and cables from fabric. • Place mechanical plates into storage containers • Place cables into storage containers • Remove and set aside for re-installation all 2x4s from channel...
