Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS), Division of Care and Treatment Services, (DCTS), on behalf of the participating DHS facilities has issued this solicitation to establish a contract to purchase detention locks and related accessories. The Division of Care and Treatment Services operates seven (7) healthcare facilities. The intent of this solicitation is to establish a contract with multiple vendors for the provision of detention locks for various projects as the need arises. The following locations, include but are not limited to: Central Wisconsin Center (CWC), Mendota Mental Health Institution (MMHI), Northern Wisconsin Center (NWC), Sand Ridge Secure Treatment Center (SRSTC), Southern Wisconsin Center (SWC), Winnebago Mental Health Institution (WMHI), and the Wisconsin Resource Center (WRC). The primary facilities are located as indicated in the table below.
