Permits & Approvals o Securing all required permits, including a demolition permit from the Village of DeForest and applicable state permits (e.g., stormwater/erosion control). o Coordination with utility providers for disconnection and/or abandonment of services. 2. Demolition Services o Demolition and removal of all structures, foundations, and most paved surfaces, as directed. o Proper excavation and removal of foundations, slabs, and footings. o Safe handling of any hazardous materials (e.g., asbestos, lead) in accordance with state and federal requirements, guided by a preliminary hazardous materials assessment provided by a third party. 3. Site Restoration o Backfilling and compaction as necessary to maintain stable site conditions. o Rough grading of the entire project area. o Removal and lawful disposal of all demolition debris. 4. Documentation o Provide disposal tickets/receipts for all materials hauled off site. o Submit a brief closeout report confirming completion of demolition, utility abandonment, and site restoration.
