The selected solution will help County business units monitor, audit, analyze and remediate information risks in the County’s structured, unstructured and semi-structured data repositories. Firms may quote an on premise or off-premise (hosted, SAAS, etc.) solution; however, the County prefers the most cost effective solution with affordable ongoing costs to allow us to include as many features as possible within existing and ongoing funding. The following information is provided to assist firms in providing pricing/licensing information: 1. Enterprise concurrent licensing is preferred. 2. Data repositories include on premise Microsoft Exchange email, SharePoint 2013, and network drive (file share) storage environments comprising about 23 terabytes of data. 3. Some network drive and SharePoint content is accessed through Line of Business applications such as the County’s Land Records and ERP system. 4. Future data repositories will include Office 365 and Azure and may include other cloud-based environments.
