Provide service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, on call with 24 hours-notice if necessary. Within 48-hours after receiving a request the Contractor will email the DCF Senior Auditor and Program Integrity Management Team with the surveillance begin date and end dates. Complete the surveillance and submit the detailed documented report to DCF within 2 weeks of the request. Additional Required Activities All investigations must comply with all State and Federal laws and regulations for investigative services. Services must be provided utilizing methods/modes that are in accordance with acceptable standards of practice and investigational ethics to withstand counter-litigation and judicial scrutiny, as the information obtained will be used by DCF and law enforcement authorities in prosecuting fraud and other program-related purposes. Information gathered during investigations must be accurate and reliable. Contractor must maintain confidentiality with sensitive information obtained during investigations. Contractor must have drop-car technology in order to obtain continuous video surveillance of all entrances and exits over a period of time. Physical surveillance and observation of provider and recipient locations, including video and photos. Videos and photographs must be clear, visible, audible, and free from any obstructions (nature, technical issues or otherwise). Video and photographs must be dated and time-stamped with the correct date and time. Photos must be submitted to DCF in JPEG format and videos must be submitted in exFAT, MP4, AVI, or DVD format. If physical surveillance is not clear and needs to be re-submitted to DCF, evidence/media must be recreated at the Contractor’s expense.
