Specifications include, but are not limited to: Northwood Technical College is accepting proposals for custodial and maintenance services at the Health Education Center located at 505 Pine Ridge Drive, Shell Lake, WI 54871 Custodial and maintenance services requested: • Maintain the premises in a condition reasonably expected and accepted by Northwood Technical College per Schedule A. • Provide all labor in inspecting and troubleshooting the appropriate mechanical systems and/or coordinating the outsourcing of mechanical systems to be repaired. • Provide all labor for custodial services per Schedule A. Majority of custodial duties are expected to be performed outside normal business hours of 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. • Northwood will provide all cleaning supplies to ensure they meet the requirements of the flooring, casework, etc. Light bulbs, lawn fertilizer, trash liners, furnace filters, paint, mechanical repair parts, paper towels, etc. will also be provided. • Vendor will provide snow blower, shovel, lawn maintenance equipment/tools and toolbox/tools and other materials necessary to perform the custodial services. • Provide all labor and equipment for maintaining the site, including lawn care, shrub, and tree maintenance. • Provide services for an occasional, accidental, or emergent condition created in the normal course of business conducted on the premises. • Physical presence onsite may be needed to address building or service requests. • Duties may be sporadic at times as there may be days no one occupying the building. Insurance Requirements: • Provide general liability insurance to cover its operations with a minimum coverage of $1,000,000 in aggregate. • Provide a certificate of insurance as evidence of this coverage by October 1st of each contract year.
