Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of Wisconsin Milwaukee (UWM) has instituted a plan to review employee compensation equity on a regularized basis. To assist the University in this endeavor, at the request of UWMs Office of Legal Affairs, the University seeks to contract with an external consultant who has knowledge of and expertise in current Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) guidance and expectations relating to self-evaluation of compensation practices. In particular, the following statement of work sets forth the services that the Contractor will provide to UWM: 1. Contractor will provide OFCCP-appropriate variables and parameters for UWM to pull data sets for analysis. 2. Contractor will perform analysis on the data to identify statistically significant anomalies in accordance with current OFCCP guidelines. 3. Contractor will test for tainted variables, troubleshoot common regression problems, and identify statistical outliers. 4. Contract will monitor OFCCP regulations and practices, ensuring that changes are communicated to UWM along with appropriate action recommendations
