The services to be provided by the selected individual(s)/firm during the course of this engagement include, but are not limited to: • Analyze current compensation practices; • Review position descriptions and organizational relationships; • Research compensation systems utilized by other Public Housing Agencies of similar size (4000 – 10,000 conventional units) and program diversification; • Develop an externally competitive and internally equitable compensation plan; • Develop a strategy and timetable for implementing the recommended compensation plan; • Present findings and recommendations to the HACM Executive Director and designated HACM leadership staff; • Revise plan as necessary and present final recommendations to the HACM Board of Commissioners for approval.
