Specifications include, but are not limited to: The PSC is requesting proposals for an experienced accounting firm to act as the Compliance Agent for the Focus on Energy program. The Contractor will conduct annual compliance audits of the Program Administrator, the Program Implementers and their Program Implementation Subcontractors, as well as the Evaluation Contractor, to ensure compliance with stated Focus on Energy policies and procedures and contractual obligations. The Contractor will also audit the SEERA/Focus on Energy financial records managed by the Fiscal Agent on an annual basis. The Contractor may also be asked to perform other duties when needed that fit with the Contractor’s area of expertise. Previous examples have included working with the Program Administrator on cybersecurity audits and managing larger-scale procurements for SEERA.
