ot limited to, the following: • Supporting and assisting with the planning, execution, and monitoring of CDA initiatives and programs. • Assisting with the preparation of reports, agendas, and materials for CDA meetings. • Conducting research and analysis on redevelopment and economic development opportunities. • Coordinating with City departments, consultants, developers, and community stakeholders to support the CDA’s initiatives, programs, goals and objectives. • Assisting in the research, preparation, education and administration of grants; state and federal programs, funding sources, financial assistance; and other economic/financial tools such as revolving loan funds or other similar programs to support the CDA’s initiatives, programs, goals and objectives. • Facilitating communication and strategic alignment between the CDA and the City of Onalaska. • Working, on average, eight (8) hours per week with an option for requesting additional hours if needed.
