Specifications include, but are not limited to: DHS is seeking applicants to develop a Community-Based Withdrawal Management Center that will provide 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year withdrawal management services in a community-based setting to adults withdrawing from substance use; dentify the target population to be served. Describe how the program will assure that it meets the needs of individuals withdrawing from substance use in a community-based setting. Describe how individuals will access services. Outline the process for referral and screening, intake, assessment, and service provision. Explain the services to be provided and how those services will be provided. Describe any evidencebased practices and approaches that will be used.
