Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Wisconsin (State), Department of Administration (DOA), through its Consolidated Agency Purchasing Services (CAPS), on behalf of the Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS), requests Bids for Commercial Electrical Permit and Inspection Services for the State of Wisconsin and intends to use the results of this process to award a Contract for each county listed; The Contractor must verify the credentials of the licensed electricians to ensure they are registered and valid via the DSPS Wisconsin Credential/License Search web page. If the licensed electricians are not active or valid, any electrical permit must not be approved. The eSLA system will not allow a permit to be issued if the electrical license is not valid or active. The Contractor must perform inspection services under Wis. Admin. Code § SPS 316.013 within the Inspection Area for each permit issued under Wis. Admin. Code § SPS 316.012(1). The Contractor must not require the electrical contractor to be on-site during a scheduled inspection.
