The Base Bid work for the above contract includes the following site preparation, installation of surface material, concrete sidewalk and playground equipment: 1. Site Preparation a. Grading and sub-base preparation according to poured in place concrete surface manufacturer specifications. d. Excavation, base preparation, and concrete installation for ADA concrete walkway in accordance with details on site plan e. Restoration of disturbed areas and repair of asphalt trail and parking lot as required 2. Furnish and Install Kompan Playground Equipment in locations on site plan, and in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications and as such to not negate manufacturer’s warranty of equipment. a.
