Vendor to supply: • One (1) Uninterruptible Power Supply comparable in specification to the current Powerware Model 9170+ 9kVA, one (1) Uninterruptible Power Supply comparable in specification to the current Powerware Model 9170+ 6kVA, and one (1) Uninterruptible Power Supply comparable in specifications to the current Gamatronic Model P+M50 50kVA • Dock to dock shipping of all electrical equipment to Chippewa County (Mon.-Thurs. 7:30am-4:30pm, Friday 7:30am-2pm) • Inside delivery and removal of existing UPS systems (Mon.-Thurs. 7:30am-4:30pm, Friday 7:30am-2pm) • Turnkey electrical installation (Mon.-Thurs. 7:30am-4:30pm, Friday 7:30am-2pm) • Onsite startup of each UPS system (Mon.-Thurs. 7:30am-4:30pm, Friday 7:30am-2pm) and staff training of each UPS system • New UPS Systems must be able to reuse existing Maintenance Bypass Switches • Hot Swappable Power & Battery Modules • No proprietary software. Replacement UPS systems much be serviceable by Qualified 3rd Party • UPS systems to be fully tested by vendor prior to delivery and installation at customer facility Remote monitoring alerts to notify of on/off switch to UPS power Key Criteria for (3) Replacement UPS Systems: • New UPS Systems must be able to reuse existing Maintenance Bypass Switches • N+2 Power Module Redundancy for 9kVA & 6 kVA Load Respectively • Minimum of N+2 Battery Module Redundancy for 9 kVA & 6 kVA Load Respectively • Hot Swappable Power & Battery Modules • No proprietary software.
