Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide a project team sufficient to fulfill the requested services. The number of staff must be enough to meet all timeframes described in this SOW. All Contractor staff shall identify conflicts of interest with Wisconsin’s Child Support Program case information, pass criminal background checks, and complete DCF’s initial and annual security training and testing. Develop a Staffing Plan per Deliverable 1.5.1. Align Contractor Key Personnel with DCF personnel. Identify all subcontractors used for the CSM Project and provide notice to, and approval from, DCF before subcontracting. Complete staff onboarding including, but not limited to: Support DCF onboarding activities including, but not limited to, background checks, security access setup, VDI setup, etc. Provide Contractor staff orientation to the project including, but not limited to, processes, procedures, policies, work rules, project documentation, etc. Ensure all staff are trained to use project software applications. Provide a list of Contractor subject matter experts (SMEs) who will be consulted but are not a part of the proposed project team (i.e., SMEs within Contractor’s organization that will be consulted). Report to DCF any staff with existing or new child support cases in any jurisdictions.
