Specifications include, but are not limited to: Recruit members of the identified Title V focus population(s) to be leaders and advocates for the needs of their communities in the context of Title V programs Provide training and support for leadership development with members of the Title V focus population(s) Create or facilitate a framework for community members to provide input and feedback to Title V-funded programs (this could take different forms, like a consultant model, a community advisory board model, or other framework for community members to provide specific input and participate in program planning and decision-making) Provide appropriate compensation for the time and expertise offered by recruited leaders Continuously evaluate engagement and satisfaction of youth, caregiver, and family leaders, and provide feedback to the Title V program on improving community engagement
