Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall remove ice and snow from all stairs, walkways, ramps, crosswalks, aisles, and seating rows in all sections of the stadium, and the awning above the north ramp. 6.2.1. Detailing Contractor shall provide detailing and leaf blowing of residual snow after shoveling to prevent any possibility of snowballs in all student sections. 6.2.2. Salting/Sanding Contractor shall be responsible for removal, treatment, salting and/or sanding of all ice, sleet and hail, to provide safe and slip free surfaces. Contractor shall salt and/or stand all stairs, cross walks and aisles or other identified areas as directed is included. 6.2.3. Equipment Contractor shall furnish all equipment, labor and supplies needed to carry out the Contract requirements, at no extra cost. Equipment shall be maintained in good operating condition and shall conform to all safety standards established by the National Fire Protection Association, American National Standards Institute, Occupational Safety and Health Administration and any other safety standards in effect at the time of use. The Contractor shall have backup equipment available at all times to complete the work. Storage of all Contractor equipment and materials shall be off-site, unless approved by Athletics.
