Construction 2026-2028 Beyond building the facility to a high standard, Marathon County has the following expectations of the Construction Manager during the construction process. Al At the start of construction, the Construction Manager will provide the architect and Marathon County with a projection of cash flow on the project and will regularly update the projection throughout construction. . The Construction Manager will hold ALL subcontracts directly and will coordinate all the work. The Construction Manager will be on site ona full-time basis. The Construction Manager will assist Marathon County in obtaining all governmental approvals and permits and ensure that all regulatory requirements are observed during construction. . The Construction Manager will actively and aggressively manage the project construction costs. The Construction Manager will conduct weekly meetings with the project manager for Marathon County and architects to keep all informed of the project’s developments.
