The project is currently in the design phase. The design concept for the areas of concern consists of possible repaving, resurfacing, patching, and replacement of sidewalks, curb and gutter pavements, including repairs and/or replacement of public utilities. The Village of Sussex 2027 Road Program project will consist of work on the roads shown on the attached overall concept plan maps (Seven sheets). • The 2027 Road Program project is predominately located north of the Corporate Center and north of the Village of Lisbon limits, south of the Union Pacific railroad tracks, east of STH 164, and west of Maple Avenue within the Bowling Green Estates, Sussex Estates, Crestview, Stone Ridge Estates, Eagles Ridge, and Sussex Preserve Subdivisions. This area of work consists of approximately 11.1 miles of road. • Streets bordering these Subdivisions that are not included are: STH 164, CTH VV (Main Street), Maple Avenue, and N Corporate Cir. • Private roads bordering the Sussex Preserve Subdivision that are not included are: N Sycamore Cir, S Sycamore Cir, Cedar Ln, Birchwood Ln, and Aspen Way.
