Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work consists of minor demolition and remodeling to approximately 2500 square feet of the first floor of the D-Building in the Northwest Quadrant (NWQ) portion of the campus of the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, to create offices for the recently completed Children’s Center. Work includes removal of selected interior architectural elements along with portions of existing plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems, rough and finish carpentry, sealants, doors, door frames, hardware, steel stud and gypsum board wall systems, interior finishes (painting, tiling, carpet, resilient base and accessories, suspended ceiling tile and grid systems), toilet accessories, fire protection equipment and systems, communications, security and surveillance equipment, and door access control.
