The work for which bids are asked includes improvements to the Sun Prairie Business Park Lift Station located approximately at 1584 Corporate Center Drive in Sun Prairie, WI 53590. This work includes, but is not limited to: selective demolition and replacement of valves in the existing valve vault, selective demolition and replacement of the precast wetwell cover, access hatch and pump discharge piping, rewiring the existing submersible pumps, demolition of the existing 208/120V utility transformer, providing a new 460/480V utility transformer, the demolition and replacement of the existing lift station control panel, and all associated underground utility and sitework improvements. Alternate bids for this project include the construction of a permanent generator and generator equipment pad and all associated electrical panels and switches for a fully functioning standby generator system.
