a. Contractor shall provide high-quality customer service to residents, business owners, contractors, and Township/Village/County staff. b. Appointments for inspections will be made through the Planning & Development Division of the Department of Public Works & Development Services. The Contractor will pick up all permit documentation for inspections at the Kenosha County Center and return documentation to the building with the required inspection form. c. Review building and site plans and conduct all necessary and required building, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC inspections on residential and commercial construction within the Townships of Paris and Brighton and the Village of Salem Lakes. These include footings, foundations, basement floors, site erosion control and temporary/final occupancies. The expected average response times for plan review is the initial review to be completed within 5 business days.
