F. Project Description: The Port of Green Bay Development Project includes the clearing and redevelopment of the former Pulliam Power Plant for new Port operations. The proposed project will develop a multi-use port facility capable of handling a range of dry cargoes. Project elements include installation of 1,700 feet of dockwall along the Fox River bulkhead line, dredging of 220,000 CY of material, placement of riprap on the north facing bay of Green Bay shoreline, placement of 130,000 CY of fill between land and the bulkhead line/dockwall, filling of a cooling channel, site regrading and resurfacing, construction of stormwater management infrastructure, and installation of vessel fendering and mooring systems. G. The scale of the project is defined by the following approximate quantities: • Sheetpile Dockwall Installation = 1,700 lineal feet • Organic Sediment Dredging = 80,000 cubic yards • Dredging of Clay = 140,000 cubic yards • Marine Stone Fill = 130,000 cubic yards • Aggregate Backfill = 30,000 cubic yards • Engineered Fill Across Site = 170,000 cubic yards • Asphalt Pavement = 12 acres • Dense Aggregate Base = 51,000 cubic yards • Clay Pond Liner = 9,200 cubic yards • Site Utilities = Electrical, water, and sanitary lines
