Specifications include, but are not limited to: 5.1.9.1 Order Receipt Requirements The bookstore must receive textbook and material orders by October 31 for second semester use and by March 31 for summer session and fall semester use. 5.1.9.2 Submission of Composite Textbook List Each campus department or University designee shall be responsible for submitting a composite textbook list to the bookstore no later than October 31 and March 31 each year. 5.1.9.3 Textbook Changes The changing of a textbook shall not be made at the beginning of the second semester if possible, for classes offered both first and second semester. 5.1.9.4 Bookstore Appraisal The bookstore shall be appraised immediately by the University if unscheduled changes occur in course offerings, e.g., cancellation of a course or a section of a multiple sectioned course.
