1. Remove damaged metal roof shingles and replace on one side of gable roof. • Approximately an area 65’ long x 19’ high. • Assume that 20% of shingles may be salvaged for reinstallation. • Remove 60’ of ridge cap to allow for replacement of 4-6’ of ridge cap (3 pieces) • Scaffold entire length of repair area for access and fall protection. 2. Replace approximately 46’ long by 11’ tall section of damaged wall panels 3. Remove and replace approximately 65’ damaged facia, eave and drip edge. Remove and replace approx. 10’ of t-edging at window location. 4. Remove damaged roof sheathing in three locations and replace. Replace ice and water shield as required. 5. Confirm there is no damage to structural wood roof trusses and lateral bracing. • Remove and reinstall tongue and groove ceiling panel as necessary. • Replace batt insulation as required. 6.
