Specifications include, but are not limited to: This procurement will be conducted with the goal of creating a list of approved contractors that can be engaged by the OCs audio/video production team on an as-needed basis over the three year period 7/1/2014 6/30/2017. All approved contractors will be expected to sign a standard agency contract (see Appendix A) covering the services they offer to perform for the state. Requirements have been developed for multiple categories of services and are listed in Section 5 of this RFP. Vendors are encouraged to submit proposals for services in any of the following specific and general service categories: Video editing services, Graphics design and animation services, Videographer services, Field sound/audio acquisition services, Post-production sound design services, Lighting & grip services, Duplication services, Still photography services, DVD authoring services.
