Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Health Services (DHS), Department of Public Health (DPH), is seeking a vendor to provide at-home Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) and Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI) (chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis) testing kits to residents of Wisconsin. The vendor is required to have an online portal where tests can be ordered and shipped to Wisconsin residents at no charge. The vendor is required to have access to the lab(s) where Wisconsin residents can ship their completed test to for processing. The lab performing the testing will be responsible for sharing the results with the Wisconsin Health Department and the ordering resident securely and confidentially. The vendor would include support with advertising and promoting the availability of the At-Home Tests.
