We are seeking the following objectives with this project: For this project, the selected A&E firm shall perform full design services for the new site, which includes adjacent site work, provide bid documents and perform construction management services. Basis of design shall be based on Kueney’s conceptual plans labeled “Outagamie County Parks Department Office and Maintenance Shop Pre-Design Study”, dated 7/30/2025. The selected firm shall meet with the County as required for input and collaboration on the final design. Building shall prioritize natural integration and biophilic design principles that blur boundaries between built and natural environments, incorporating green infrastructure and nature-based solutions. LEED Silver Standards may inform design where appropriate, but certification will not be pursued.
