Specifications include, but are not limited to: The parking structure project is part of the second phase of an overall master plan for the ongoing development of the Village on Park campus. The first phase of work includes demolition of the north wing of the Villager Mall building and construction of a new surface parking lot that is planned to be constructed and completed in the summer of 2022. The second phase of site development includes the new Urban League Hub building and the proposed Parking Structure garage. The Urban League Hub building is being designed and constructed by the Urban League of Greater Madison and is planned to begin construction in the winter of 2022 with construction completion and occupancy in spring 2023. The proposed parking structure garage will provide tenant parking for the Urban League Hub tenants and other Village on Park/Villager Mall tenants and visitors.; The above grade parking structure garage shall be designed for approximately 295 automobile parking stalls.; The project shall be designed to operate as a fully automated, self-parking structure, using parking control equipment. Sufficient pay on foot stations shall be provided to enhance customer convenience and efficiency; Elevators shall be included with the design along with stairs.
