Madison Public Library will select a highly responsible vendor to provide beverage service. This vendor will prove its ability to hold a Class B Liquor License. The selected vendor will be available to provide beverage service at all Madison Public Library events, which will feature alcohol and/or non-alcohol beverages, whether they be public or private events. The selected vendor will acknowledge that exclusive beverage service at Madison Public Library will require a commitment to both profitable and break-even events, though the vendor will not be expected to lose money through beverage service. The elected vendor will not be a competitor to food catering vendors, but will rather demonstrate through financial records that their main focus is on beverage sales and not food sales.
