Under the direction of Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport’s (MKE) Marketing and Public Relations team, the selected agency will design a robust marketing plan, advertising strategy, and creative elements to increase public awareness and change the behavior of business and leisure travelers in southeast Wisconsin and northern Illinois by: • Marketing MKE’s convenient air service, competitive air fares, and inexpensive parking options through compelling advertising and targeted media buys. A portion of media buys will be paid by the Contractor and reimbursed by the County, and the remainder will be paid directly by County. • Promoting MKE as an easy to use, friendly airport, creating an emotional and personal connection between the traveler and a likeable MKE brand persona. • Educating Milwaukee-area travelers to better understand the local economic impact of choosing MKE over other airports. • Supporting General Aviation marketing activities and events at Milwaukee County’s Lawrence J. Timmerman Airport (MWC).
