Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide technical assistance and support to local and tribal health departments (LTHDs) pursuing adolescent well-being work with Title V funding, including providing content-area expert consultation and convening quarterly learning community calls. Support LTHDs and their partners in achieving the following: Reviewing local needs, using resources such as the Youth Behavior Risk Survey. Building partnerships with schools and efforts to support adolescent well-being including identifying areas for collective impact with other efforts (for example, Moving Kids Forward, Elementary And Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER), other efforts for social emotional learning and mental health). Develop and maintain systems of support via positive youth development principles Prioritize equity and actively incorporate community voice including the voices of young people into program planning, and provide related technical assistance to other agencies working to support the mental health and well-being of young people in Wisconsin (for example, support the creation of youth leadership councils with emphasis on representation of BIPOC, LGBTQ+ young people) Coordinate and cross-promote statewide adolescent well-being-related initiatives such as promotion of positive school and after-school environments for youth with diverse identities, bullying prevention, hot/warm lines for mental health support, means reduction efforts, and trainings for community, health care and school professionals. Actively participate in the Office of Children’s Mental Health collective impact council and/or teams
