Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this document is to provide interested parties with information to enable them to prepare and submit a proposal for an audit of its Special Education Services and procedures as well as its Innovative and Alternative Education options. The District as represented by its Educational Services department intends to use the results of this solicitation to award a contract for the completion of an audit to determine the most effective and efficient programming for special education and alternative programs in Madison Metropolitan School District schools while providing a quality program for students with disabilities, as well as to propose an improvement plan for both District special education programming and alternative education options
