Specifications include, but are not limited to: Washington County Highway Department is seeking quotes from qualified firms to address, maintain and update the annual safety program requirements and training. Firms must correct any findings during inspections at no charge to the County. Firms shall provide a minimum of 30-40 hours per year maintaining and updating the current Program. Firm shall conduct a training meeting at the Washington County Highway Department in April of each year that covers: 1. Program Review 2. Certifications 3. Permit reviews 4. Noise measurements 5. Program updates & changes 6. Procedure certifications Firm shall conduct a training meeting in October of each year that covers: 1. Blood Borne Pathogens 2. Hazardous Energy Training Procedure Certification 3. Confined Space Entry Training 4. In addition to this training the County will pick (2) safety topics for the fall training that the firm will provide information and training on as part of this meeting. Minimum Requirements: 1. Blood Borne Pathogens Provide annual refresher training Exposure Control Plan Review 2. Control of Hazardous Energy (Lock out Tag Out) Annual Procedure Certification 3. Hearing Conservation Annual refresher training Conduct sound level monitoring (if needed) on newly obtained equipment
