We use Patriot Lighting, brushed nickel Dylan style fixtures from Menards with 3 bulb fixtures in Kitchen and dining room 2 bulb in the bedrooms and 1 bulb in the hallways and we use LED bulbs. We use Patriot Lighting Westchester Chrome 3 light vanity lights in the bathrooms. Menards SKU 352-9151. • Replace kitchen flooring through the ½ bath up to the living room. We use commercial grade vinyl plank (glued down not floating), waterproof. Replace cove molding and transitions where flooring is replaced. The color should be a medium gray. • Replace the remainder of 1st floor flooring with 12X12 VCT tiles like the Armstrong Excelon floor tile at Menards. The color should be similar to Fortress White 51839. Replace the cove molding and transition strips as needed. • Replace all interior HVAC registers throughout apt.
