We use commercial grade vinyl plank waterproof flooring. In the bathrooms we use Sheet Vinyl Flooring 12' Wide. Replace all cove molding and transitions throughout the unit. • Furnish and install approximately 20 stair treads and riser with compatible adhesive. • Replace all interior light fixtures throughout the unit except kitchen. • Replace all interior slab doors. 1-32” slab, 4-30” slab, 1–28” slab, and 1-24”. Door example Mastercraft® 30"W x 80"H Oak Flush Interior Door Only Model Number: 4091170 from Menards they have all the sizes. • Downstairs bathroom: Replace vanity (use Kitchen Cubes vanity matches kitchen cabinets), sink, faucet, toilet (Round), mirror, towel bars, toilet paper holder and flooring (sheet vinyl) exhaust fan and light, transitions and cove. • Upstairs Bathroom: Replace toilet (Elongated), vanity, faucet, mirror, towel bars, toilet paper holder, flooring sheet vinyl (match downstairs bathroom flooring), exhaust fan and light, transitions and cove. • Patch and paint the entire apartment and the ceiling. We use Hallman Lindsay Pro Kote interior paint, lo sheen, Custom CDA White (C12-L12) for the majority of the apartment and Zinsser Perma White Satin Custom CDA C-12, L-12 which is used in the kitchen and bathroom. • Replace all the windows in the unit with single hung windows, and picture windows where needed. All measurements to be done by contractor. Color to match existing windows if possible.
