. Facilities must be within a 100-mile radius of the state’s center, defined as Stevens Point, Wisconsin. Facilities must have 2 banquet rooms with capacity for 400 attendees for general session, an awards banquet, cash bar, and meals. Facilities must also provide 4 meeting rooms for breakout activities and a small breakfast meeting (2), hospitality (1), and storage (1). Facilities must be available 24 hours before the convention start date for setup and all reserved meeting and banquet rooms must be locked up at night. One meeting room will be used for hospitality throughout the convention and should allow the WCC to supply and serve their own alcohol and snacks. Facilities must provide a registration area in a centrally located space with ~20 tables available for all 3 days of the convention. The facility and all reserved banquet and meeting rooms must be accessible, without assistance, to persons with disabilities and in compliance with ADA standards. Facilities will clean, set, and reset breakfast, general session, banquet, and breakout rooms between uses. Any fee for such service must be included in the state-rate maximums. Facility must have space on their property or within reasonable walking distance for parking of up to 300 vehicles. Facility will provide table coverings including draping for all tables used for registration area and in breakfast, lunch, main session, banquet, and meeting rooms. Seating Arrangement Requirements: Registration area to include the following: 20 banquet tables, 5 chairs Banquet room 1 to include the following: Theater seating for 360 people for the main session and an additional 40 chairs at the back of the room. Risers or stage for 4 head tables, a podium Banquet room 2 to include the following: Banquet tables for buffet style meals Friday breakfast and lunch and Saturday breakfast Round tables and chairs to seat ~300 Friday dinner Risers with one table and podium for Friday dinner and awards 1 banquet room is needed if a large room with a divider can meet all requirements and not disturb activities in adjacent banquet room. Meeting rooms to include the following: Meeting Room 1: Rectangle tables in U-shape to seat ~25 people and theater seating for an additional 50 people on Thursday. 8-10 round tables and small breakfast buffet for ~75 people on Friday morning. Meeting Room 2: Round tables to seat ~50. Option to use projector and screen if available.
