1. Restrooms (Sites 1 – 6) The following is to be performed during each cleaning occurrence – a) Clean, sanitize and disinfect all toilet bowls, toilet seats, urinals, and hand basins. b) Clean all sinks, countertops, and plumbing fixtures with disinfectant cleaner. c) Clean and polish all glass and mirrors. d) Sweep floors. e) Damp mop floors with disinfectant f) Refill dispensers g) Spot clean walls and partitions h) Empty waste containers i) Dust light fixtures The following is to be performed once weekly – a) High and low dusting b) Vacuum air vents and diffusers c) Damp wipe baseboards and kick plates d) Dust partition ledges and wipe partition walls e) Clean shower area with in Wellness Room Bathroom (Site 3 only) 2. Entrance, Lobby, Hallways, Offices, Cubicles, Conference Rooms, and Reception (Sites 1 – 6) The following is to be performed during each cleaning occurrence – a) Sweep and damp mop all hard flooring with neutral cleaner or disinfectant. b) Empty all recycling and waste receptacles, change liners as needed. c) Remove cobwebs. d) Check carpet daily for spots and remove them if possible. e) Spot clean entrance door glass, walls, partitions, and doors f) Damp wipe reception countertop and clean conference room tables g) Vacuum traffic lanes, open area of carpeting and walk-off mats. h) Spot clean smudges and fingerprints on doors, frames, walls, switch plates, and interior windows i) Clean and disinfect all drinking fountains and water coolers. The following is to be performed once weekly – a) Vacuum entire carpeted areas: under desks, tables, etc. b) Dust file cabinets, windowsills, ledges, stands, tables, and all flat surfaces c) Wash entrance door glass and glass walls completely d) Damp wipe with disinfectant – telephones, shared doorknobs, and handrails...
