1. Grass Cutting: Grass cutting shall be performed in accordance with Chapter 22 Article VII NOXIOUS WEEDS, GARDENING, NATURAL LANDSCAPING AND COMPOSTING Sections 22-204(1) and (b), 22-205, 22-209, and 22-209(e). When height exceeds the ordinance limit of 12 inches at reinspection, grass shall be cut down to a height of 4-6 inches. All debris, including grass clippings, brush, branches, leaves, and twigs must be cleared from the sidewalk, terrace, curb line, and roadway. 2. Trimming: Trimming refers to cutting grass and weeds down to a height of 4-6 inches where lawn mowers cannot reach, such as around structures, fences, decorations, or planting beds per Chapter 22 Article VII NOXIOUS WEEDS, GARDENING, NATURAL LANDSCAPING AND COMPOSTING Sections 22- 204(1) and (b), 22-205, 22-209, and 22-209(e).
