The electronic bid form will be available for completion beginning Friday, January 16, 2026. \ OWNER: The Village of Pleasant Prairie hereby gives notice that Bids will be received for the 2026 CIPP SANITARY SEWER PROJECT STH 165 (104TH STREET) project. For this project, the Village of Pleasant Prairie will ONLY be receiving and accepting bids via the online electronic bid service through QuestCDN.com. \ The Project consists of one prime Contract bid as a Base Bid and generally consists of the following: traffic control; bypass pumping, cleaning & televising the existing 36-inch sanitary sewer, 36-inch CIPP liner, testing & sealing lateral connections; and any necessary erosion control to complete the work. Pre-construction closed circuit televising reports are available upon request. \ All Contractors shall comply with the “Contractor Qualification Ordinance of the Village of Pleasant Prairie” requiring pre-qualification of Contractors prior to performing work on this Contract. All Contractor pre-qualifications must be complete and submitted 5 days prior to bid opening date/time. Approved pre-qualifications will be posted prior to bid opening. All Sub-contractors utilized for this Contract must be identified in the bid documents under “LIST OF SUBCONTRACTORS AND SUPPLIERS” and all Sub-contractors must be pre-qualified prior to award of this Contract.
