Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected vendor(s) will be required to assure the availability of local residential properties capable of safely and effectively serving a minimum of four and a maximum of twelve residents and be able to offer or arrange ancillary services (including proper nutrition, pharmacy services, medication management and monitoring, and transportation) as necessary. Staff employed must meet or be capable of meeting training and competency standards as defined under rules for CCS, CRS, CSP and MA Emergency Mental Health Services. A planned, organized and consistent delivery of daily habilitative and rehabilitative activities must be offered. The ability to engage consumers in a recovery oriented framework of support and motivate readiness for change will be essential. Ongoing documentation of staff training and work performed will be required and must meet qualitative standards as defined under MA rules. An organized and meaningful QA/QI and outcomes measurement program must be employed and all other provisions of service specified under Chapter 51, Wis. Stats, HFS 83 and related administrative rules (including upholding client rights and assuring least restrictive approaches) will be required. See attached Scopes of Work for additional requirements.
