Specifications include, but are not limited to: Lodge hallways 4 floors, Hatfield McCoy Meeting room, Logan Room, Fireplace Lobby and stairs in Fireplace lobby: Supply and install approximately 10,000 sq. feet of Carpet Tile. 3.1.1.1 Vendor must field measure all areas. 3.1.1.2 Vendor must remove and dispose of all existing carpeting and related flooring. 3.1.1.3 All furniture and portable equipment shall be removed by Agency prior to Vendor’s arrival. 3.1.1.4 Vendor must adequately prepare surface and effect and repairs prior to carpet installation. 3.1.1.5 Vendor must supply and install modular carpet tiles utilizing quarter turn method utilizing manufacturer’s recommended method of installation. 3.1.1.6 Carpet tile must be Mohawk Group Sixth Sense II Collection, or equal. 3.1.1.7 Carpet tile must be solution dyed/yard dyed 24”x24” tiles. 3.1.1.8 Carpet construction must be “tufted” and tufted weight must be minimum 22oz/yd. 3.1.2 Conference Center, Alcove and Front Lobby: Supply and install approximately 10,000 sq. feet of Carpet Tile. 3.1.2.1 Vendor must field measure all areas. 3.1.2.2 Vendor must remove and dispose of all existing carpeting and related flooring. 3.1.2.3 All furniture and portable equipment shall be removed by Agency prior to Vendor’s arrival. 3.1.2.4 Vendor must adequately prepare surface and effect and repairs prior to carpet installation.
