Specifications include, but are not limited to:
1. coordinate with the City and property owners to obtain access agreements.
2. Submit monthly status updates to the City.
3. Conducting a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment on identified sites.
4. Community Outreach: work with the city to develop a Brownfield Advisory Committee. Develop marking materials including a brochure and information for the City's website. Perform public outreach including meetings with local community organizations, public meetings, and solicit comments from the public.
