Specifications include, but are not limited to: Item #1- Synchro plus SimTraffic, for macroscopic modeling, software incorporates the Intersection Capacity Analysis (ICU) methodology for determining intersection capacity for single and/or multiple intersection (networks). The WVDOT currently utilizes the Synchro plus SimTraffic product in the Operations Section of the Department product must be compatible with the products currently being utilized by WVDOT. 3.1.1.2 Synchro plus SimTraffic v10 or equivalent must provide intersection and network analysis on a macroscopic level and optimization capabilities in a single planform. 3.1.1.3 Synchro plus SimTraffic v10 or equivalent must support the Highway Capacity Manuals 6th Edition, 2010, and 2000 for signalized, unsignalized, and roundabout intersections. 3.1.1.4 Synchro plus SimTraffic v10 or equivalent must include Intersection Capacity Utilization method for determining intersection capacity. 3.1.1.5 Synchro plus SimTraffic v10 or equivalent must be Microsoft Windows compatible and will function on Windows 10 operating system. 3.1.1.6 Synchro plus SimTraffic v10 or equivalent must be capable of creating and developing timing plans for signalized intersections. 3.1.1.7 Synchro plus SimTraffic v10 or equivalent must perform microsimulations of animated intersections with vehicular and pedestrianrelated traffic. 3.1.1.8 Synchro plus SimTraffic v10 or equivalent reinstatement software maintenance and support for licenses currently maintained by WVDOT.
