Specifications include, but are not limited to: The EIS is to be accomplished in accordance with FAA Orders 1050.1F, Environmental Impacts: Policies and Procedures, the 1050.1F Desk Reference, and 5050.4B, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Implementing Instructions for Airport Actions (or the current version at time of contract award).
